1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and l9999 ("l9999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://l9999.io ("Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with l9999, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting activity, casino gameplay, bonus participation, and all other interactions with the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the l9999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of l9999 services, you must complete the account registration process. When registering, you agree to:

l9999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

l9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l9999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. l9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l9999 supports the following approved payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time for all supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There are no deposit fees charged by l9999, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with l9999's anti-money-laundering obligations. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

l9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.

7 Betting Rules

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the l9999 system and a bet reference number is issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors or network interruption are not valid.
• l9999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical error in published odds, l9999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and event cancellation rules are set out in the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. • Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. l9999 accepts no liability for bets placed on suspended markets.

• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or terrorist financing.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account is found to be a duplicate or is otherwise in breach of the one-account-per-player rule.

• l9999 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or the instruction of a competent regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Where an account is closed due to fraud or prohibited conduct, l9999 reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation and potential legal proceedings.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without l9999's prior written consent.
• Use the l9999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or use any automated means to extract data from the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or any other circumstances that prevent access to the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by l9999 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including bet voidance, account suspension, or bonus cancellation.

l9999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your l9999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
